Downloading and Installing
Go to the Apple website and select the QuickTime Download link. Click that link, and then choose “Download the free player.” (You’ll need to select your operating system, language, and choose whether or not you wish to receive QuickTime News and Apple News.)
The software will install automatically.

RealOne Player
To view the videos on this website, you may need to download and install the RealOne Player. RealOne Player is the most current version of RealPlayer available. Check system requirements below to ensure that your computer is capable of running the RealOne Player; if your computer does not meet these requirements, download and install RealPlayer 8, which is an earlier version of the player.
You only need the free, basic version of RealOne Player or RealPlayer 8. You do not need to download the Plus version or to subscribe to a service.

Downloading and Installing
Go to the RealNetworks website and select the link: FREE RealOne Player. Click that link, and then choose "Download the Free RealOne Player." (Information for Macintosh users or Unix/Linux users)
Click "Yes" or "Grant" to the RealOne Player Installer, which will help you with your download. Do not close this window until your download begins. All versions use the same file to install the player: RealOnePlayer.exe. There is no MacIntosh version at this time.
The software should install automatically. However, if it does not, search for the install file on your computer. If this does not resolve the issue, click here to restart your download.

Searching for the install file:
- Click the Windows Start button, then select Search > For Files or Folders.
- Type RealOnePlayer.exe in the box labeled Search for Files or Folders named.
- Click the Search Now button. If the file is on your computer, Windows will show it in the Search Results panel. If the file is not found, download it again.
- Double-click the file to run it; the program will guide you through the installation process.
